Estimated Processing/Shipping Times
 

 

 

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and as quickly as possible.  Please note that the following processing times are only an estimate and do not include shipping time.  Some items may require more or less time to process depending on factors such as our current production schedule and item availability. 
 
  
CURRENT SHIPPING SCHEDULE
 
  • Engraved Jewelry typically ships within 3-5 business days.
  • Engraved Soaps typically ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Engraved Candles and Luminaries typically ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Embroidered items typically ship within 7-10 business days.
  • Stationery typically ships within 3-5 business days.
We will make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. 
 
If you order a combination of items, your order will be shipped when all items have been completed.  Sometimes, we may ship items separately in order to speed up delivery. 

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to verify our current production schedule.  We will do our best to accommodate you, however an expedited shipping method may be necessary.
